LDD Trading Associates, LLC (aka LDDLIGHT.com) is proud to present high quality products to the North American marketplace and provides for customer satisfaction through an extended warranty.

LED Machine Vision Lighting:  LDD warrants that LED Machine Vision Lighting products are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two years from the date of shipment from LDD.  In accordance with LED manufacturers, LDD warrants the luminous output of LED-based machine vision lighting to be no less than 50% of original output one year after installation.  These warranty terms are in effect provided that the units were used in accordance for their intended purposes and within specifications described within product documentation.

Lighting Controllers by Gardasoft:  LDD warrants that Lighting Controllers from Gardasoft are free from defects in workmanship and material under normal and proper use for a period of 12 months from date of shipment from LDD.

Machine Vision Filters:  LDD warrants that Machine Vision Filters may be exchanged or returned within 60 days of shipment from LDD.  To qualify for exchange or return, filters must be in as-received condition, in original packaging, with any/all accessory items and documentation.

Under these warranty terms, LDD at its discretion will repair or replace products determined defective.

LDD cannot be responsible for incidental, accidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products.
