	Q. How do I make purchases from LDDLIGHT.com? A. LDDLIGHT.com makes buying easy. We offer on-line, e-mail, FAX or phone purchase (PO or credit card) of machine vision lighting and accessories. Placing a Purchase Order (PO) or Credit Card Order: - POs or credit card orders can be submitted using our on-line shopping cart. Your PO number OR credit card information is entered in step 4 of our checkout process. - Purchase orders can be emailed to sales@lddlight.com. - Purchase orders can be faxed to 603-732-0058. - Purchase orders can be called in to 603-732-0057. Payment Terms: - Our standard terms are Net 30. Call us at 603-732-0057 if special arrangements are needed. - We accept most major credit cards. Q. Can I try a light before I buy it? A. LDDLIGHT.com offers product for evaluation. Call us or email us to check availability. Evaluation product terms: Products are loaned for evaluation/demonstration use only. Products are not to be altered in any way, and are to be returned as-received, in original packaging, with any/all accessory items and documentation. The evaluation period is limited to 2 weeks. You are responsible for shipping charges; please provide your freight account # at the time of order. 	Q. Do you offer application services? A. LDDLIGHT.com’s free application service makes it easy for you to get high contrast images for your machine vision system. We can quickly evaluate your application and provide feedback on the right lighting. To get started, call us (603-732-0057) or e-mail us using the application services form. Please provide our applications team with as much information as possible: - Your contact information - Can you provide samples for us to image? - Describe the goal of the inspection. - Describe the part, features of interest and background (ex. topography, surface properties). - What is the field of view (x & y)? - What is the lens to part distance? - Is the vision system black & white or color? - Will the part be stationary or moving? - Define the space available for lighting. - Please let us know if there are other factors to consider (ex. ambient lighting, environmental, system or maintenance requirements). Are your machine vision lights available for use with 24 Volt DC power? A. Many of our lights are available for 24 Volt DC power sources. To search for 24 VDC models, enter "24VDC" into our site's Search Box. Note that when installed with the ICP Power Supply (24 VDC input, 12 VDC output), our IMAC 12 Volt lights can also be driven from 24 Volt power sources.

	Q. What information is required before LDD issues an RMA? A. Part and serial number plus the company contact information is required. Q. How quickly will you replace a product? A. In stock warranty replacements will ship the day of claim. Non-stocked warranty replacements ordered from the manufacturer are subject to normal lead times.
